For the last three decades, Joseph has developed an impressive resume as he's been a featured industry presenter at some of the largest Industry Trade Shows in the world and continues to be a sought-after educator and platform artist. It was through his travels that he formed a friendship with Dawn Davide and decided to collaborate to bring fashion-forward and trendsetting service and hair artistry to New Mexico. His work has been published in several major industry publications. A Seattle native, he has been inspired and motivated by New Mexico's rich Art and Culture.

Lisa Ramirez, Master Stylist, has relocated from Southern California and joined Vincent’s Albuquerque team. She has 30 years of experience and specializes in color, cuts, highlights, and extensions. Prior to joining Vincent’s Albuquerque team, she spent 20 years as a Master Stylist with Joshua Christopher Salon in Orange County, CA. She has received many certifications, including Certified Color Specialist and Certified by the Moroccan Oil Academy in New York.
